Building permits are required for all construction within Canyon Lake Hills.  All new dwellings, garages, sheds, outbuildings, detached garages, or any structure other than fences, walls, or pavement require a permit. Cosmetic changes on existing structures don’t require a permit.  Permits are available at the side door of the Civic Club or can be downloaded here.
