The swimming pool is located at 1045
Scenic Drive and is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Hours
of operation are posted at the pool. Feel free to email suggestions to

Please encourage your family and
guests to enjoy the community park and facilities, to use them
responsibly and to follow all posted rules. The park closes at 10:00pm.
For Renters:
Payment for use of the pool for the entire season (Memorial Day thru
Labor Day) is $50.
Payment for use of the pool for July thru Labor Day is $40
Payment for use of the pool for August thru Labor Day is $30
Pavilion reservation requests can be
made by emailing
Grounds@clhpoa.org or by calling and leaving a message at 899-7622.
Please leave your name, phone number, date, time, and size of your
party. Your reservation is secure only after you've been contacted with
a confirmation. A $50.00
deposit is required which will be refunded upon satisfactory cleanup of
the facilities used. During the pool off-season, a $20
non-refundable fee will be charged for access to the restrooms for use
during your event.
